It's fine, just a regular grocery store. However the prices are getting insane compared to other grocery stores. Also, the bakery is the slowest and most inefficient tho by I've ever seen....

I've had experiences with the store both as an Instacart shopper and a customer. Neither has been impressive. First, I am a grad student so I do this job to make money and because it's flexible....

H-E-B is the go-to grocery store in Texas. Stopped in at the Shepherd location for convenience. Parking was decent and of course the people provided great customer service.
