Well, I have been anticipating going to an H-E-B for a long time now. I have now scratched it off my list & I'm so very disappointed! This store was old, worn-out & a little on the dirty side....

Received a 15 lb brisket with 9 lbs of intermuscular fat, which is non renderable. HEB selling it as Prime brisket, lol. After I properly butchered out the fat, I have 6 flank steaks. HEB not...
