Francone Elementary School
Francone Elementary School features various enrichment activities, such as student clubs, tutorial sessions, cultural arts programs, academic competitions and field trips. The school conducts classes in kindergarten through grade five. Its core curriculum includes reading, language arts, math, science, social studies, technology applications, health, physical education, art, music and theater arts. The school has a staff of certified teachers, and a counselor, nurse, diagnostician, reading specialist, and speech and language clinician. It also has a certified library media specialist that directs the learning resource center, which houses supplemental multimedia materials and a variety of recreational and informational reading selections. In addition, the school offers bilingual and English as a Second Language programs.
