The sales staff is friendly and knowledgeable. The selection is limited but the quality is excellent. Their return policy is generous.

The store customer service has really gone down. They don't like to make deliveries and leave you on hold, no call backs. They used to be great but last few months have not been good.

Much better than "pet supplies plus" in Arlington who would rather sell expired dog food and laugh like it's funny. This place actually cares.
