Customer service is horrible. As soon as I walked in I could tell nothing was going to get accomplished. After being there for 5 minutes I told the associate never I'll go home and do it myself....

My boyfriend went to H & R Block to get his taxes done yesterday, we're from Cali and he was told that there wasn't a preparer who KNEW how to do STATE taxes. I'm not really sure if this was a BAD...
