The Indian American Friendship Council (IAFC) is a non-profit, non-religious, and non-partisan national organization that aims to improve United States-India relations, support developing countries, promote global democracy, protect the interests of the Indian-American community, and educate Members of Congress. Founded in 1990 by Dr. Krishna Reddy, IAFC has established links between the Indian Parliament and US Congress, played a key role in strengthening Indian-American ties, and organizes Legislative Conferences in Washington D.C. with significant participation from Members of Congress and Senate.

With its headquarters in Los Angeles, CA, and an additional office in Washington D.C., IAFC has a vast network of prominent chapters throughout the USA to promote its objectives. Recognized twice by the US Congress for its vital role in strengthening Indian-American ties, IAFC has been instrumental in making the congressional Caucus on India and Indian Americans the largest caucus in the House of Representatives, increasing its members from 6 to 135. Committed to political education and providing a common platform for exchanging views with policymakers, IAFC is dedicated to fostering cordial Indo-US relations and advocating for the Indian-American community.
