Johnny G's has been an Austin tradition for over 30 years. We grew up with a local butcher and purchase the business in 2001. Mr. Swift is one of our butchers and manages the staff and wholesale. Mrs. Swift (Jill) handles the front end of the shop, websites and books. She tries to keep everything local from the Johnny G's canned goods to local spices.
