I've always gone to Kwik (in mesquite)to get my oil changed, but I tried this location and the week after getting my oiled changed I had to get an other one.(They gave me old oil)

I went here to get the oil changed in my daughter's car and was told that whoever changed the oil last stripped the drain plug and as a result, it was just spinning, instead of locking in place....

If you have a newer car, I would caution coming to this kwik kar or any other kwik kar locations as some of the workers may "wing it" or not know how to properly do an oil change on your vehicle....
