Nova Magnetics manufactures a wide range of transformers and inductors at its facilities in Garland, Texas. Its design and development process produces tested and well-documented products. It manufactures a broad range of magnetic components with different sizes and types. Its products include power transformers, switch mode power supply transformers, audio transformers, inductors and instrument transformers. It has equipment, such as mills, laths, surface grinders, saws, drill presses, shear, punches and a small injection molding machine. It has more than 50 winding machines some with multiple heads and controlled numerically. Its test equipment is computer controlled and uses proprietary software written by the engineering department.
