Location isn't bad from Austin but the facility maintenance is horrible. Toilet seat is broken, bathroom door doesn't close, stall doors don't close, looks like major foundation issues as some...

Let's break this down: Far away from anything. If it rains, the outdoor area leaks. Maintenance is poor. Down a crumbling driveway is the indoor building with heat AC and nothing else. Outside...
