The Hospice of East Texas provides compassionate end-of-life care for individuals life-limiting illnesses in Tyler and the surrounding counties in East Texas. We can provide services on an in-patient or in-home basis. Our services focus on supporting patients and their families during a difficult time.

The Van Health Care Center is a part of Senior Living Properties, which offers specialty treatment and nursing care services. The Van Health Care Center provides skilled nursing, therapeutic care and rehabilitation therapies, as well as medical, social and home health services. Its additional services include hospice and palliative care, telehealth counseling, mental health care, and drug and alcohol control management. The center also offers assisted living, long- and short-term care and rehabilitation services that include physical, occupational, speech and recreational therapies. The Van Health Care Center provides several community-based programs related to women, infants and children and inpatient and outpatient therapy services. It is located in Van, Texas.
