After receiving my food I opened the box of my Big Mac and there was a hair in my food and the nuggets I received were old and hard,seemed as if they were left under the heater

Terrible service and cold food every time. They serve fries ice cold burgers ice cold and not even a thank you. It's hideous and if you go inside, thinking that you're gonna get service faster...

They messed up my order . Not the first time it happens , wasn't even that busy but idek why I keep going back hoping it changes . Worst McDonald's in the area .

They have 15 people working and it took 20 minutes to get hotcakes and a coke. Horrible service.

Wow. Not the standard I expect from McD. Food was so-so. Completely disinterested staff. Clearly no leadership. Floor in PlayPlace was so filthy, even my sneakers were sliding like I was on ice....
