This hotel is right off the highway. If your room faces the highway you'll hear trucks all night long. The fan on the a/c unit doesn't stay on to drown out the highway noise.

Reservation website took me to another website. I was charged for a refund policy and it was not honored. Front desk manager was rude and unhelpful. I am only giving one star because it is the lowest.
