In short they lied to me. Sadly, I did not keep the original email. I was told that if I cancel mid month that I could still get a full month of service and just revert back to the free version....

Cannot cancel??? Had very high hopes they could help us with their "managed services". Plunked down $299 out of the gate so we could get them up and running but it was only monitoring... and...
