Country decor is fitting for the "cowboy chef" and the menu falls right in line. The chicken fried steak was great, sorta wished my grilled veggies and mashed potatoes was separated on my plate...

The New Years evening was a disappointment. The appetizer was good. French onion soup was warm but tasty. Tenderloin was tough - had to ask for a steak knife- and they ran out of mashed potatoes...
