Appears to be a BBQ / Taco fusion stand at the farmers market. It does take a little while to get your order since they cook the tortillas fresh-to-order, though I think the meat is just scooped...

The food is A-1! The pork belly kimchi taco was a fire top 2 and not 2, tacos I ever had! I've been twice and the taste and flavor is consistent so you know it's the good! 10/10 would recommend!
