Oak Hill Elementary School

Established in 1980, Austin Waldorf School, located in Austin, Texas, serves over 370 students from grades kindergarten through 12, and is a fully accredited member of the Association of Waldorf Schools of North America and Independent School Association of the Southwest. The school s kindergarten students are introduced to mathematics with counting games, rhymes, finger plays, jumping rope, setting the table, and measuring ingredients for baking bread. James Bowie High School, established in 1988, is a comprehensive, public high school serving students from grades nine through 12. The school offers various educational courses that include advanced placement, honors, agriculture and culinary arts program. Located in Austin, Texas, it is one of the largest schools in the Austin Independent School District, and it has more than 100 classrooms, networked computer labs and computers in all classrooms and offices. In addition, it also provides a library with more than 28,000 print and nonprint items. The school offers various sport and athletic activities, such as basketball, swimming, football and softball, and its physical education program offers a wide range of physical skills and fitness courses, including foundations of physical fitness, aerobics, and team and individual sports.

Valley View Elementary School offers a variety of academic and enrichment programs to more than 400 students in kindergarten through grade five. The school offers health and fitness, art and music, literacy and tutoring programs. Valley View Elementary School has a team of guidance counselors that monitors the students' progress in their classes. It conducts academic classes in art, music, science, social studies, math, reading, creative writing, life skills and physical education. In addition, the school has a library media center that offers an extensive collection of materials for direct classroom instruction and professional staff development. Valley View Elementary School is a part of the Eanes Independent School District and is recognized by the Texas Education Agency.
