History

I decided to open OTSA after 15+ years in the electronics business. During this time, I've been an integral part of multiple startups focused on RF and analog applications. As a part of these companies, I've gained experience in the printed board development process; I was recognized by my peers and managers for both a strong work ethic and also applying sound assembly techniques. In our rapidly changing information driven economy, we are witnessing innovation and emerging applications every day. At OTSA, I believe we can simplify and expedite the PCB board assembly process.

Introducing - On the Spot Assembly - We specialize in quality workmanship and proficiency in construction, rework, and handling of various micro-electronic assemblies for prototypes and mid-volume production (no minimum order quantity). We maintain completive pricing because of our little to no overhead, a shop built on private owned property outfitted with a PPM (precision placement machine), work stations for hand assemblies, custom fine pitch solder applications, and a well-defined process that is suited for quality builds.
