Worst customer service ever. Cancelled 79 yr old service in August and still being charged for service. You try to cancel and they don't listen to their customers.

Tried cancelling the service- they do not prorate- you pay the whole month. My MIL husband died and she had to move because she can't afford to live on her own. This company's absolutely...
Responding to your calls. Would not return multiple calls for service. Spectrum recommended them to me since they don't service my part of town.
