Founded in 1997, Product Support Services is one of the largest support centers for cellular and cordless phones, messaging devices, telecommunications equipment, electronics and consumer products. The center has a staff of over 400 employees and operates a warehouse that spreads in an area of more than 100,000 square feet. It maintains manufacturing processes and tracing systems and serves telecommunication companies, electronic goods manufacturers, retailers, distributors and logistic service providers. Product Support Services, also known as PSSI, provides cellular repair services and has a service center with various wireless test and repair devices. Additionally, it works with service providers and original equipment manufacturers and offers network, rekitting and repackaging services.
