Waited in line as the clerks were busy with customers. During wait, phone call came in and was put on hold. I should have been helped next. Clerk took call instead.

Always have to wait even with 5 employees at counter. They will look at you and then answer the phone or walk off when all you need to do is pay for what you are getting. Worst auto parts store...

"Only place I could find with 3 amp fuses on 288. A godsend! Friendly staff as well. It's a bit hidden and looks old though, Hope it doesn't get closed down. Probably didn't help that it didn't..."
