Pachuco's in Midland, TX began as a food truck venture by husband and wife duo Ruben and Idalia, offering a fusion menu of unique burgers, Korean-inspired dishes, bao, poutine, and more. After quickly outgrowing their original truck, they expanded into the oldest restaurant in Midland, Johnny's Barbecue, in December 2022.
With a passion for introducing diverse flavors from around the world, Pachuco's now operates as a brick-and-mortar establishment, continuing to serve their signature food truck menu alongside their new barbecue offerings.

Best BBQ in Midland! Picked up sliced brisket and pulled pork for family Christmas Dinner. Excellent taste and texture.
