Ordered a same day delivery and 3 days later no recliner! Contacted them and still get the same canned answer running late and can't find anyone to do it! Non responsive and fraudulent company BEWARE

Pickup now is really horrible. I am surprised many big box retailer stores will use them. I have scheduled and paid for a delivery from 6pm-8pm tonight. There aren't any notifications of delays....
