Boots are usually nice and they always have someone there to answer the phone if you want to buy but the return dept doesn't answer the phone or return calls. For that reason I will not buy there...

The staff in Santa Fe is awful. Do not shop at this store. The manager, Mo, was not interested in finding a solution to an easy problem. I would recommend Maverick's, Lucchese, or any other store...

Their stuff is good. But return policy is awful. Wont' even take exchanges after the first couple of weeks.
