The non profit I volunteer with has an account here. I have made multiple visits for deposits and to use their notary services and everyone I have dealt with has been very polite and professional.

0 starts!!! Absolutely the WORST bank I have ever dealt with. Opened a business account in February and every time we try to use our account it does not work, every time we call no one can find us...
