HistoryBeing a homeowner my self experiencing high utility bills, I knew there had to be a way to make it more efficient. I didn't know who to call, HVAC, Window, Insulation company? Either one of these areas could have been the culprit, but I knew they each would want to sell me something. I decided to get mysef educated and certified in building science and learned the different building's systems and how they interacted. For example, adding insulation with out air sealing the home first will NOT give you the expected results.
