Gates always open or broken on every visit Been over a month and still the same Staff - not the most helpful Place is large and clean though

If you value your things I would not rent from here. Gates never work, always open, homeless people hanging out on property and in lobby's. Security is atrocious. Per police who are there again...

Attendants attitude. Dirty restrooms. Carts are never available. Isn't someone being paid to maintain this place?

customer service of the locations, nearly narcissist and when people are available, they have bad attitudes. They keep raising the rate of the renta now it's over $200 a month with the insurance.

Definitely don't recommend. My unit was broken into within the first month of moving in. The insurance is worthless. I had about $600 worth of things stolen - and the "orange door" insurance...
