History

I started Quality H2o Pool Service in 2002 basically because I wasn't happy with the pool company that was cleaning my pool. I knew I could do a better job and have for integrity than they did. So, I started my business and I haven't looked back since!

Specialties

We are a local company from Flower Mound, which has been established in the pool business since 2002. I decided to start this business after having our pool built. I would watch the pool service we had hired come in and clean our pool on a weekly basis, or so it was supposed to be. They either didn't show up on the day my service was scheduled for, or not at all. I would try to communicate with our technician; they spoke very little English, therefore making it very difficult to discuss problems or concerns. I would randomly get additional bills for stuff I know they didn't do and chemicals that were supposed to be included with my monthly payment. After speaking with neighbors and friends, I found they were having the same problems. Therefore, I decided I would start Quality H2o Pool Service. A company who actually believes in the Golden Rule.
