Terrible customer service long wait times.... The girl was extremely rude and unprofessional wrapped the rubber band around my arm really tight, then she taped my arm squeezing my skin together...

Won't take walk ins during business hours because the staff will have to stay later than closing. Absolutely ridiculous. If they have a cutoff time for walk ins it should be clearly posted.

If I could do no stars, I would. I had routine lab testing done on Monday at the Quest in Seguin, Texas. Doctors appointment on Wednesday with no results. Now Friday, 5 days later and still no...

Late start for the appt due to a nationwide computer outage. However that's out of everyone's control. Lynette was awesome, highly skilled, professional and personable.
