I arrived 5 minutes early check in was easy and on my phone. Ricky was very professional and provided excellent service. I like this location as it's easy to get to and you can shop while you wait.

Opened at 7am. Two walk-ins waiting but staff didn't take either. Staff waited until 7:12 to take the first scheduled appointment. Second staff member didn't show up until 7:16. Waited for 2 hours...
