Prompt, professiona & very clean. I'm impressed with RA all around. Staff were very polite. I had a CT scan with contrast & am very pleased with my experience.

You can't walk in a Doctor's order to set up an appointment any more. They've changed their procedures :-( You drop it off and was told they would call to set up appointment. Instead, you get an...

Customer service is 2 out of 10. Extremely long hold times on the phone. No communication before being put on hold and transferred and hangs up without asking if you need anything else.

They canceled both my appointments because they said my DR office closed. Funny thing is, any DR office can read the results.. Office and phone staff are rude and impatient which equates to poor...
