Our head director, Alejandrina Delgado, opened her first Ice Castles, in the lower valley, in September of 1998. In October 2001, she opened a brand new Ice Castles Too in Horizon. Within six months of opening, it became a four-star daycare center with the Texas Rising Star Association.In 2004, Alejandrina was recognized as an "Employer of Excellence" by El Paso Mayor Joe Wardy.
