I can't believe a business like this is allowed to operate. Our car was towed from our apartment with no warning, and when we tried to call to find out where to retrieve it, they put us on hold...

This company is so bad that it treats customers like dirt, as if they were trash, when the real trash are the employees they have; they're all racist, including the Latinos!!!
