Robert Connaughton, MD

Dr. Robert Connaughton is a board-certified general surgeon with over 25 years of experience. He began his medical career serving in the U.S. Army as a surgical technician, then earned his medical degree at UT Health San Antonio and completed his residency in General and Peripheral Vascular Surgery at the University of Oklahoma. After more than 20 years practicing in Denton and 4 years in Maui, Dr. Connaughton is excited to return to North Texas and open his new practice in Allen. He is dedicated to providing compassionate, personalized care and helping patients feel comfortable and supported through every step of their surgical journey.
