Prior to becoming a Home Inspector, Jose built his knowledge base on over 15 years in the home building industry. Starting with technical training in the electrical and framing fields, Jose worked his way up the ladder ( literally! ) in the construction business, learning the ins and outs of how a home is put together. Jose then served for 7 years as Project Foreman and Supervisor/Superintendent, overseeing the construction of new homes, condos, and multi-family residencies. After running his own remodeling/renovation company for several years Jose decided to put his knowledge and experience to good use in assisting home buyers. He has built his inspection business on strong values and respect, relying on word of mouth and happy clients!
