It maintains several cardiovascular and weight training equipment. The Fit-N-Wise Wellness Center has a swimming pool that spreads across an area of more than 20 yards. The center additionally conducts spin, triathlon training and aerobics classes. It organizes nutrition workshops, as well as Pilates, yoga, aqua awakening and silver splash sessions.
