We offer several types of yoga classes each day from beginner/gentle to moderate, restorative, yin, ashtanga and kids yoga. Namah Shivaya Yoga also offers two yoga classes a week in Spanish. We are certified by the Yoga Alliance for RYT-200 and RYT-500 teacher training.

Great studio. Very good instructors. Some classes are deep stretches; other more traditional yoga. No hot yoga or power yoga. Most are moderate intensity at most, and good for all levels of yogis....
