Contract discrepancies, they will lock you on a contract and not deliver the promised and then can not do anything about it.

I cancelled because they only button the top button on button up uniform shirts after they put them on the hanger for return after cleaning, the rest of the shirt folds when there's 4 or 5 hanging...

Get your lawyer involved before you sign a contract with these people. The contract is for 6 years and renews automatically unless you cancel with a registered letter more than 60 days in advance....
