drove 20 miles and arrived at 8 PM and there was a sign on the door saying "back in 15 minutes" Didn't know when the 15 minutes begins or ends so I left. Lost my business.

They say they are open at 2 but we make it at 4:50 and they are closed. Even the sign on the door says open but the door is locked.
