f I could give this Smoothie King location negative stars, I would. The management and employees here are hands-down the most incompetent group of people I've ever seen trying to run a business....

I will drive to the Garland, Rockwall, or Mesquite location before I will go to the Rowlett location again. After several attempts to see if their product or service would improve I gave up....

This location is Never open at 7:00AM. I've tried multiple times at 7:00AM just assuming I caught them on a bad day. Looks like they have a bad day everyday.

My smoothie tasted off. There was a foreign object inside my cup. The team wouldn't fix the issue. The shop was dirty and not properly cleaned.
