Today’s Spoetzl Brewery is a far cry from the old tin shed where Shiner first flowed back in 1909. We think our founder, Kosmos Spoetzl, would probably be amazed at our state-of-the art Brew House. He’d also be happy to know we still brew every drop of Shiner right here in Shiner, Texas. Stop in for a tour and the first round is on us. And the second.

Incredible property all around. The tours, brewery and distillery, are so insightful and fun. The bbq is incredible, the live bands and new Rickhouse restaurant are all so much fun.
