When you stop at a "Coffee" place for two black coffees, and they run out?! That's really poor service. Two cups of coffee... the simplest fastest form of coffee. Music is a mix of good and crap...

If I could leave zero stars for the Starbucks I would. I stood at the counter for five minutes, watching three people make drinks, and no one even acknowledged my existence.
