My wife and I went people and they took the before us?! The manager said to them oh you have been here before?! We had to? Not sure what was going on but the customer service has really declined!!!

I had to run in for a quick polish change and manicure.... I felt as though I was trouble and am very unimpressed with the customer service... I still tipped $10 because it's the right thing to do...
