AB was amazing I walked in with mobile gateway and cord that my dog chewed I was out in 30 seconds with a new cord and a smile! Excellent service 10/10 recommend if your dog chews your cord!

Such rude and unhelpful employees at any T-Mobile I've been to. Don't go to this T-Mobile even if it is convenient location.

They don't take jump on demand upgrades. The assistant manager told me... blamed it on the fact they are a 3rd party retailer. Told me to find a corporate store for my jump on demand trade in.
