Clean. Only problem is walking past clothing display on a mannequin that had sweater that said "Dump Him". However, I did not see one that said "Dump Her". This is NOT acceptable and this Target...

Absolute filth. No restrooms. One with a broken lock which is unusable with the door staying open, and another with no toilet paper. Staff doesn't bother to check a thing. The family restroom also...
