History
The Range full service catering was born from our restaurant which opened in 1997 in Salado. We quickly became recognized as the premiere caterer in Central Texas, and have had the honor of serving for intimate engagements for two, grand corporate events for over 2500 guests, President's of the United States, and other high profile guests and everything in between, after 20 years we sold the restaurant and the catering company carries on serving Central Texas.

Our waiter was great. Knowledgeable about the menu. They were happy to leave the breads out of my meal. The whipped goat cheese on the poached pear appetizer was amazing! We will eat here again...
