It's really difficult to find my size tires (235/45r/18) at a reasonable price, Ive been to him a couple times & he always has my size tires & doesn't charge me an arm & leg to get it done.

Doesn't respect the customers' time, keeps them waiting until he's ready to assist you and doesn't appreciate the opportunity to do business with the customer. Nobody at the front desk.
