Customer service has gotten way better than before, their lines can get long but the front desk reps are aware and tries to be prompt and quick while being courteous and polite.... I never had...

Always long lines. And I don't mean occasionally a few people in line. I mean every time there is a line out the door and you are waiting to be served for at least 20 minutes before they ever get...

Worse UPS Never used them , costumer service is bad no reason to charge over delivery No response to costumer
