Since I moved to Dallas this is the only UPS store I use. I always walk in and walk out with very little wait. Great customer service as well.

I wish I can give this store 0 star, DO NOT DROP OFF ANY PACKAGE at this location, your package will be lost. The store manager, FRANK has zero customer care skill. He never respond back to me...
