The Vic on Park Row

I moved in 5 months ago and I love it. Not sure what previous reviews were referring to re: light fixtures not being installed (my apartment was complete with all fixtures, as have my neighbors)...

My wife and I moved in about a month ago and we absolutely love it. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The other tenants seem to be very nice and the building is very quiet.

The insulation between the floors are very thin. So if you wanna hear a neighbor stomp around all day and hear every drop of air, please live there.

I was initially excited to move here but four days in and I'm finding out they will nickel and dime for everything. Be aware that the living room does not come with a light you were told to buy...
